Review about Papermart
I hate being on hold for a long time. This company had me on hold for over ten minutes. I couldn’t believe it! The customer rep finally came back to the phone and it seemed like she was not properly trained to handle my problem. She put me on hold again. She finally came back to the telephone and told me that someone would call me with a resolution. Why do I have to jump through hurdles to get good customer service? I’m not recommending them to anyone
