We booked a one week holiday with this company and after we delayed to arrive, we contact their customer services to advise that we would be delayed but non the less we were still on our way. They instead quickly recorded our booking as a no show. Told us not to bother going to the apartment that we had paid for, as they had re-booked the apartment. They kept all our money. The staff were not helpful at all. We had to book other hotel accommodation for our holiday for that same week.
