Vatican Secret Rooms is NOT the place for your stay in Rome, Italy. The room had filthy floors, never changed our linens/towels, etc. The shower was so small we could not use it . To make matters worse the property manager claims she was never paid (I had actually paid months before my arrival) and made me pay again! When she discovered payment had been paid, she never returned my 2nd payment! Pictures online do NOT give correct perspective of how small the room is in reality.
