I locked myself out at the DMV on 5301 West Lexington Ave in Chicago. I called the 800 number at 8:24 am. The woman who answered said a technician would call me shortly. 6 minutes later the guy called, we spoke briefly, and he said he'd arrive in 25 minutes...so far so good. After 45 minutes I called him again. No answer, so I left a message and called the 800 number again. The woman said she would have the driver call me with his E.T.A. Nothing for 15 minutes, then the clown calls back and says he told me 45 minutes not 25 originally (B.S.) and he had to take an "emergency appointment" and it would be ANOTHER 45 MINUTES. When I called back to give them an ear full about their terrible service, the woman coped an attitude with ME like I did something wrong. Unbelievable. P.S. It doesn't cost $15 to get service, it costs $15 for them to even think about doing the job. I told them to shove it and called M&N Locksmith @ 773-668-0883. Nathan said he would show up in 15 minutes AND ACTUALLY DID.
