Hidenda hound you to sign the contract between you and them once you have done this they do nothing and its a waiting game. You cannot contact them via telephone if you email them it takes the 3 weeks to respond with no helpful manner at all. I started this claim in june 2017 we are now in april 2018 and still no faster forward if I cancel they will charge me for doing nothing. Really wish I had stayed well away from this company and definatley would not recommend or use again. Stay well clear from this company.
