They are expensive, overpriced and incompetent. With such high prices you would think you would receive excellent products in return, but this is not the case. Their home office refuses to answer my calls for attention to my matter. They simply refuse to acknowledge that I exist. It appears that they know you well enough when you are requesting their services, but seem to forget your existence after the check clears. Overall the experience was unpleasant.
