Bought a pit boss pellet grill from Lowes and grill was damaged called they had no more grills, called pit boss they said take pictures and send them so we did , every time we inquired about the replacement parts they would the parts were back ordered and this went on for several months . This is the worst company to deal with the warranty is worthless and so is their service. I would recommend anyone looking for new grill to buy anything but Pit Boss .
