The workers seemed attentive to the issue. However, giving a few days, the issue returned and I required follow up work. Upon contacting them to book an appointment to rectify the issue, I have found that I am getting the run around. When I finally did secure a booking, they cancelled at the last moment, leaving me in the lurch. The service was not cheap, indeed it was actually quite expensive, and to find yourself neglected and in need of further service is quite frustrating.
