My Mum and I were checking on a service we had hired. My Mum asked about it, and the man in charge told her somewhat sharply to mind, that it would happen soon. Mum was so surprised that she looked as if she didn’t understand. He therefore and more sharply told Mum to wait for the service to appear. I canceled the service right then and there and reported the whole incident to the main office. Don’t use this service.
