Review about Zip Scanners
I cannot believe they kept me on hold for twenty minutes. Why would anyone show blatant disrespect for their customers? An exceptional customer service department would be able to handle my issues without keeping me on hold for a long period of time. To be honest, I was not pleased with the customer service agent’s attitude. I will not do business with this company again. Why should I spend my hard-earned money with a company that doesn’t appreciate my business?
