Review about KFC
It is most frustrating when you go and purchase dinner and when you get home part is missing, now as stated by the supervisor the missing bit was "only worth 95c" what do you want me to do!! Well when I told her I wanted the missing part of my order she said "I can not leave a bunch of 15 & 16 year olds by themselves when I am supervising or send them out at 8.30 at night". Well no you should have been supervising them and our order may have been OK. So now because part of the order was missing we didn't eat the rest as the main thing was missing. Thanks KFC. You may also like to teach your staff to be a bit understanding and not get aggressive when you are in the wrong. For further reference 95c does not compensate someone who has driven round trip about 24km to get something for a family member who wanted this thing as they did not feel well and just wanted that. Shame on you KFC maybe in the renos you should put in processes to make sure orders are correct, oh and this is not the first time. Yes it's only 95c to you but too us it was much more. If you are going to work in customer service you need to understand the word "service"!!! Training can be provided.
