First off it's disgraceful that you are stealing people's hard earned money by promising insurance if something were to happen that the individual couldn't fly. I purchased the insurance when I purchased our tickets and due to a medical condition, which prevented me to fly I cancelled days in advance and received zero dollars back in return. I was given an option to cancel and change my flights to a later date. $75 cancellation fee per ticket and $200 dollars per ticket to change the date. How is that reasonable? Thats more money I didn't have. This company was so unfair in helping me even get a portion of my money back, I was refunded zero dollars back. After submitting medical documents and explaining the situation your company refused to bend over backwards to help me out. No souls. Your company is the biggest scam artist and I will make people well aware of what I went through. When I submitted the claim to get my money back. The claims department requested document after document and I was still denied any money back. When they emailed me to see my satisfaction I emailed them back only to keep getting responses this is no valid. I missed a big family reunion trying to battle cancer. The doctor restricted me from flying after I had purchased my tickets. I cancelled my flight days prior to the departure date, which would have given the airlines plenty of time to sale those seats. It's been over two months at attempting to get some sort of reimbursement from this company and they have not changed their mind to put themselves in my shoes. They continued to pursue medical documentation. I submitted two documents from my doctor showing that I could not fly due to having a medical condition and they still wanted more documents from doctors. It really is a shame. This company I will never do business with ever again after this experience. They pocketed my money. That's how this company does business. I won't even give this company half star after this entire experience.
