I’m not the kind of person that makes a fuss, especially in public. However, when I was waiting to be seen for a service I wanted to contract, I was watching a lady try to explain what she wanted. It made perfect sense to me and the others waiting their turn. The personnel behind the counter, though, couldn’t fathom what the lady was trying to say. They just stared at her as if she were from Mars. They then asked her to wait until someone else came in who could help her. By this time, the waiting room was full, so she became quite upset. None of us blamed her. This was unconscionable, and I told off the personnel behind the counter. I advised the lady to use another service I knew of, so we both went there. A few others did, too. Don’t let these people waste your time.
