Review about Butler MacMaster
I've been trying to get through to a human being for what seems like forever. When I first rung my call was taken almost immediately and I was spoken to very politely. That was until they realised the reason for my call was that I was very dissatisfied with their service. From then on I was transferred from one automated line to the other. Not surprisingly, no one seems to want to talk to me?? It better not be an extortionate rate for this phone call I swear they'll be getting a bill for it!
