I sent the money over through paypal and then I spent 6 months trying to contact the scam artist. Sometimes he would respond and tell you there was a delay in the video transfers, partner robbed him and ran off with the files, busy with job, and so on. Finally I was able to start a resolution with paypal. He no longer accepts paypal, wierd. This is a complete scam. I kept a log of texts and emails then contacted the authorities and I urge every other victim to do so as well.
