Ordering things online is so convenient, I don’t know how we survived before the Internet was born. So I ordered a replacement for my favourite product, having run out of it last week. It arrived and I was so happy that I used it immediately. The consistency was so different that I wondered if I had gotten something else instead. Upon emailing the online service from which I ordered to ask about it, I found just that thing had happened. They sent a replacement, but it wasn’t much better. Brokenheartedly, I decided not to use this service or its items again.
