Slackers, plain and simple. I was distressed throughout the entire experience. The experience was made all the worse, when I learned that this organisation operated by utilising independent contractors, or 'freelancers' with which to complete all work. Don't think that their customer service will assist you, not unless you view loud, rude and abusive behaviour as being 'assisted'.
