I am very dissatisfied with the quality and lack of Excellence of their dentistry practices. On my very first appointment, they knew I was coming from Pennsylvania and on my timely arrival, I was told that Dr Venterina could not see me because she was sick. So, giving them the benefit the the doubt, I rescheduled and came for my first rest appointment for the second time. The cleaning was not what I expected. At my prior dentist, he cleaned and addressed each tooth and used their tools to get anything that was in between my teeth, whether it was tartar or something else. If I wanted the same kind of cleaning, I would have to pay 90.00 extra because they gave it a specialty name of "deep cleaning ". Their way of cleaning my teeth was to apply tooth paste and polish. That's it. Then I made another appointment for a root canal. They took the imprint of the tooth. I waited 3 weeks for the crown to be made and I made an appointment to come in. When I a iced to my appt., the crown did not fit so, I had to reschedule another appointment. By the way, I had to call to see if the crown was ready. They were not the ones to notify me. Then, my husband needed a crown as well, and the same thing happened. Cso, now we are up to 3 unnecessary appointments we had to remake for their r errors. I was not compensated in any way. Each time I go there, I pay 16.00 in tolls, and drive around 140 miles round trip and then cost of gas. Then I needed some periodontal work. The work was completely paid for but the work was incomplete and when I brought it to their attention, they wanted to address it by administering an antibiotic with no guarantee of it working instead of them just following through and completing the job. There have been several times that we drove all that way for an appointment that they were not prepared for just to turn around and go back home. They were not efficient and their dentistry was definitely not the quality their name boasts. We are presently looking for another dentist. The only positive was their receptionist Alyssa.
