I will never understand how people can be so incompetent and still have a job. I’ve worked with people like that before, but this was too much. My Mum needed what this service offered. I contacted them, only to be told that she was like eighth in line and to sit tight. Mum needed them sooner than that, so I hired another service, who got to Mum immediately. The first service came back soon thereafter and said they could squeeze Mum in. I told them the job had already been done and thanked them anyway. The online personnel got rude and insistent, at which point I told them to get lost, only less politely. I certainly won’t let my Mum be treated like that. I will never ever contact this service again.
