	When I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes during my initial phone call, I should have hung up and found a different company to handle the job. Instead, I gave the company the benefit of the doubt. In the end, my entire experience with this company was a nightmare. I dealt with tardiness, rudeness, and in the end, a poor result. I really wish I had taken my initial time on hold as a red flag and moved on to a different company.
