I bought an Iphone 13 online on 18/10/21 with the promise that delivery will take place in 2 to 5 working days, and I received no mail confirmation of the order. When I enquired online I was told the delivery will be done in 4 - 6 weeks. This is not fair considering I paid for it in full. The assistants were not professional enough to offer alternatives except to advice on the refund policy.
