My woman who is 8months pregnant had to go there twice in a week just to submit martenity papers and each time she goes there are new papers to be filled and if it's not that then the system is down. The funny part is that the system always goes down around 08h00 and 09h00 in the morning when it's tea time. I'm so disappointed in this government that promised better service, I think machines will service us better with a programmed smile and passion.
