We took out the policy with no problems and paid the full premium (£507.00). We were asked to send in proof of our no claims which we did, in the form of our previous insurance schedule which showed the 9 years no claims. The following month we received our credit card bill showing a refund of £350.00 from Surething. We went on line and discovered they had cancelled our policy!! I had been driving around for 2 weeks with no insurance! We called them up and they said they had sent us an email, we have not received an email. They said they needed a NCB certificate not a schedule. This is not what is says on line. We sent in the certificate and I was told Surething would have to re quote. The new quote was double what we were paying. I think this company is a rip off and has the worst customer service and leaves you in a position where I could have been in Court for having no insurance. If they had no response via email, they have my telephone number. They now have £150 for 2 weeks insurance and left me in a very dangerous position. DO NOT USE THEM!!
