Review about Kogan
Clark, Not only are you THREE DAYS TOO LATE!!! My name and email address which you have should/would have identified I am a returning customer!!!! In this day and age of customer management systems surely you could have confirmed my authenticity by my email!!! But you do not need to worry as your timing is as hopeless as your complete lack of customer service procedures!!! Would you like to know why I say this with validity??? We found the same equipment on CLIKA who actually have a customer service number we could call, where a person answers!!!! As soon as we explained that we bought our $000's gym equipment from Kogan and it came without the assembly instructions, their Customer Service person immediately emailed the assembly instructions to us even though they “KNEW” we were not their actual customer!!!! The instructions that you and Mr Kogan neglected to include in our order in the first place!!! I will be outlining this situation on every Review page on every site I can find. Your email asking for me to prove I am your customer (was your customer); before you would send the assembly instructions just further demonstrates how far away you and Mr Kogan are from reality!!! For the record the Order no. was WX2PQJKM. As I explained we received the 6 boxes over a number of days and had the equipment lying over my garage floor with no assembly instructions. Kogan waited three days before answering, then you ask for proof that we are your customer!!! You are beyond a joke!!!! You have no telephone number for us to call (UNLIKE KLIKA) as we needed to sort it out then and there! Don't write back and say you are an online company as that is a BS excuse. We spent several hundred dollars; more than one of your mobile phone plan customers which you have a customer number for!!!! Please pass this on to anyone who cares and wants to rectify your appalling procedures. You and Mr Kogan do not deserve to be known as Australian as your behaviour is totally un-Australian.
