Purchased a refurbished laptop. I had to purchase power supply and memory to get it to work. When it did finally work I discovered the laptop had been changed internally with cheaper less powerful parts. I spent over £100 in order to get it powered up only to discover it wasn't what they advertised it was. Having to resort to courts.
