After much deliberation and patient looking, we decided to take the plunge and we purchased a KAWAI grand piano from West Michigan Piano in Grand Rapids, MI. What a wonderful experience! Dennis was so thoughtful and helpful and guided us to evaluate just what we were looking for, and so we settled on a new KAWAI for our home. This is a big step but WMP is so professional, knowledgeable and patient with buyers. We are very pleased and confident we made the right choice.
