A good friend told me about this service, so I wanted to check it out. She told me how wonderful it was and how nice the people were. When I went there, however, I saw workers having lunch at their desks, smoking outside, standing around doing nothing, and I couldn’t get anyone to wait on me. When I told my friend this, her mouth dropped open in disbelief. Our friendship is a bit strained, because she feels bad for recommending this service.
