The way I was dealt with all along was just atrocious. What happened to 'the customer is always right?' Unbelievable! The whole fiasco was like something you'd see on one of those tv shows about corrupt companies....honestly, the standard of service would need to be seen to be believed and I don't mean in a good way!!
