I am not happy about being on hold for fifteen minutes. This is unacceptable! I had some important questions about this company’s service. I have high expectations for a company once I give them my money. It’s imperative for this company to understand that money does not grow on trees. They really need to get their act together. I am not giving them a second chance. They should have treated me fairly, but they didn’t. I don’t have anything positive to say about this company.
