I required immediate service and contacted this company based on the claims made on their website. The worker arrived 20 minutes behind scheduled time. This I found very inconvenient as I had taken time off from work to handle this, work I would not be paid for. The employee seemed to be more interested in taking a smoke break than resolving the issue. It has been 3 days and the issue has returned. Under no circumstances will I call this organisation out to deal with this, but I will call a different company.
