I did not attend the final walk through at the time of my move out and was therefore, completely taken advantage of. The company utilized my deposit to do a total overhaul of the property, rather than address normal wear and tear. I was an excellent renter, took exceptional care of the house and left the house in great condition. I only received $89 of the $1150 deposit. That is taking advantage of the deposit, dishonest and completely inappropriate business practice. I would never recommend this company.
