Most reviews of online services are positive, despite the occasional rude or spiteful review. One feels relatively safe in using them, because one realizes some people are never satisfied. This time, though, the online service I used sent a replacement for the item I wanted, saying that they were out of what I wanted and this replacement was just as good as. It wasn’t. I demanded the original item I wanted, and was emailed back that it was unavailable at the time. I was offered another item, but I wanted my money back, because I hadn’t received the original item. That wasn’t possible, they emailed back. Don’t use this service.
