Although I like their products, their customer service is atrocious. I ordered a sweater and needed to return it and get a larger size. I called customer service several times and no one answered (over an 8 hour period). I left a message and finally, after emailing and leaving more than one message got a call back. I needed to know how to return the item. It's not clear on the website, there was no return label and the links for that on the site didn't work. I ordered the new item and returned the original using their label. Once again, after not getting a refund for over 2 weeks, I called and left messages, tried the "live chat" on the site (it doesn't nor has it ever worked) and sent emails. I never got a call back and finally did get an email saying they'd just gotten it that day (how long does it take for an item to get from CO to CA?!!!) and that a refund would be issued...in a week. I won't order anything from them online again until they have their customer service response and return process worked out. I wish I could bill them for the number of hours I've spent merely trying to get them to do their job.
