I've never retained Mr. Donald Smith directly, but he's helped me tremendously over the past 5 years, and without compensation. He's the type of person who is knowledgable, and truly happy to help someone out if the problem fits his domain. Thanks to his advice, my situation resolved extremely effortlessly, and helped me stop and breath when the pressure seemed too much to handle. In hindsight, I would've retained Mr. Smith and let him handle the entire process rather than spending all those hours myself to make sure I would be good.
