Won't lwt you have the phone deliverd to an alternative address after saying that i physically can't have anyone there to aing or collect for the package any daytime as we all work horrible shifts. Was very rude by saying can't my grandfather get up after working a 12 hour shift and going back to work for 6. Absoloutly outragouse. Avoid at all costs
