Review about Revel Systems
I must be brutally honest about this company. They market their service well, but they do not have good customer service. I was shocked at how my phone call was handled. Why did it take nearly twenty minutes for someone to come to the telephone? I value my time. I don’t have time to sit on the telephone for a long period. I would not encourage anyone to do business with this company. I’m pretty sure there are other companies around that will not treat their customers this way.
