I waited three months for this service to send someone to my home. The day of the appointment, no one showed up. I called, only to be told that the service personnel had been to my home. When I told them no one had, they told me that I was mistaken, because it was plainly written in black and white that someone had. Now, I don’t appreciate being called a liar, even if it was subtly done. I called another service for the same thing, was seen within a week, and everyone from the phone person to the service rep was nice to me. I’ll never use those people again.
