How did this staff get hired? I’m not sure what I have to do to get positivity out of these people. The service should’ve been fast, easy to deal with, but now I’m just mad. What is wrong with this company? Certainly, I’m not dreaming? They just seem not to care anymore, will not recommend or go back, just avoid them.
