Review about Milk and More
I rang the customer services last month to ask why a payment of £34.20 had been taken from my account when the previous month I had switched to the weekly direct debit payment plan, which quite frankly is hopeless. I spoke to a woman who could do with a customer care course who rambled on about online and offline accounts then said she would call 'the warehouse' to find out what was going on. when I said if she had access to my account why could she not sort it she said something again about online and offline, as if that should make perfect sense to me and got irritated when I said I had no idea what she was talking about. she promised to ring back the next day and she did not. Frankly this is not the first time customer services have been totally useless. The money has still not been credited to my account and I have paid twice. I use milk and more for convenience because it is not cheap and if this is not sorted I will close my account.
