Review about IIBS
I’m a patient woman. I don’t need to have someone constantly serving me, but when if I’m paying for something, customer service is not too much to ask. Even the slightest hint of pleasantries can be a way to be nice. Not with this company. Not even a nice thing to say. Staff was rude, non-existent, and just terribly inefficient. Very upset.
