Everyone is so rude . The staff is not helpful at all when u need then . The hotel is so loud , u can't sleep at night at all . The housekeeping don't visit to clean at all . They will charge u for Chen the small thing u do there . I end up paying £90 for having friends over my room . I had to pay £20 for pillow as my hair die after I had a shower . The security guy there and the manager were just so moody and not welcoming . And again , very cheap and housekeeping so lazy .
