Review about Samsonite
I ordered a set of luggage for my husband for an upcoming trip. With 2 to 6 days for regular delivery, it should have arrived the Friday before his Monday departure. I emailed on Monday for tracking information and received only an automated response saying "thank you for contacting Samsonite". I called on Tuesday and was informed that there are 1-2 days of processing that I had indeed not noticed, but the order should be going out. On Wednesday, the 4th business day since I had place the order the previous Thursday, the order was still processing and I called again. This time I asked that they give me expedited shipping at their expense or cancel the order. The customer service representative said that she could do neither, but would put an urgent alert on it to a manager, who would respond by email. On Thursday, a full week after my order was placed, there was no email and the status is still processing. They don't know if it was sent. I asked them again if they would like to overnight the set and keep me as a customer, but they said even their overnight shipping requires 2 business days for processing. Bottom line: if you want to order from Samsonite.com, allow LOTS of time. You will not be getting your order before at least 8 business days, if at all.
