Ordered a windshield motor. Sent it to me a few days later but it came with a broken cable housing. I asked to return the item for a refund and they said no. After quoting their return policy to them that is posted on their website they are now asking me for pictures. I sent them, showing the broken housing. Now they want more... just keep giving me their run-around for their mistake.
