This outfit is not as good as they portray themselves. First, you pay for the call. It took them 2hours and 19mins to fix our problem and this was charged at the UK rate of 12p/min - total cost £17.56. This despite there being in bold print on their webpage that their number is an 0800 toll free number. This on top of £149.99 subscription to get the problem fixed - which is announced as FREE on their website. They did fix the problem and we were at our wits end. This is not a scam site, but they are guilty of SHARP PRACTICE. They lead you into it by advertising as a free service then hit you with the £149.99 charge as they are about to fix the problem. They also said that subscription would include scan and fix on our second laptop, only to deny this when asked to do so. I will not use these people again. Brian Jackson UK
