Review about Service America
SA has no knowledge about "Customer Service", once you become a Customer your nightmare starts. The agents are not trained in "Customer Satisfaction:, do not know how to deal with people, don't care about the customer and are rude. When you ask for an explanation or a reasonable explanation about a issue you may have, they just don't care. They don't provide solutions just pay and they will patch the issue so it comes back in the future and will charge you again and again. No good, that's why I will not renew my contract and will recommend the HOA to get rid of SA
