I ordered a bathrobe and when giving payment details was warned the 'password was insecure'. After placing my order I did not get confirmation, nor a reply to an email I sent. However money was taken from my account as US dollars, with exchange rate and fee, not bearing any resemblance to the price advertised in Euro.
