Each revision was just a resend of the same original. This paper looked like it was put together by software. It was meaningless in content. The only usable part was what I sent them. I don't think they have actual people writing these papers. we tried repeatedly to get them on the right track, only to get the same response. We finally gave up and wrote it ourselves. Their guarantee means nothing. They will drag it out and apologize and say that they have reassigned it to a new writer, etc. Yet in the end the product is shite.
