I have never felt the need before to write reviews before as i assume that good is expected and ignored, unfortunately bad ones ignored and not expected. Today i went to the Congleton store to do my shopping as per and went to a checkout that blew me away. The young lady operating was named Charlotte and did what i find a complete rarity. She actually asked me if i was fine and having a nice day. Not a great thing in todays customer driven target days but this was by far a different experience by a country mile; the young lady in question actually looked me right in my eyes and i truly felt she meant it and was indeed genuine in her question. To the young lady if she ever gets to hear this i can reassure her i was having a great day but by her genuine personal and caring outlook in dealing with what i assume a quite difficult/ demanding public i can confirm that she made it 100% better.
