Decided to use the companies services to transport my vehichle. After discussing everything with their services, a few days later I had been billed for a larger sum than the expected without any valid reason or clarification. Raised my concerns with their customer service office. I related facts, sending photo attachments along with emails to serve as proof and was ignored. It seemed the more proof I supplied, the more generic their replies became. Obviously, they decided to take no action whatsoever. I would heartily suggest that those of you reading this review take it seriously, as I would hate to know that someone else would lose money as well. Terrence M. Cooper
