. I understand human error. It happens. None of us is perfect. However, it doesn’t take Einstein to see that you have debited someone’s account three times in one day. I asked them why, and they said software problem. They’d fix it. I messaged them three days later and asked where my money was. In my bank, they said, and emailed me a screen shot of the refund. The bank said no transaction or activity from this service was noted. I called their main office and told them the problem. They refunded the money, but I won’t return to using this company
